Based on their service excellence to Western Union customers Main and Ureal branches of CBB stood 1st and 2nd in the country wide 2007 Top Teams competition
The South and East Africa Regional Office of the Western Union has sent a prize to the branches and this has really motivated all stakeholders for better achievements in the future.
In addition to these two branches, our Piassa branch location is the only Western Union Club-500 member from Ethiopia since 2005. These are a great achievement and we promise to our customers to keep it up.
