Details of International Banking Services and their Requirements
Type of Import Services:- Documentary Credits and Collections (Letter of Credit, Cash against Documents, Advance payment)
Requirements:-

Copy of foreign trade license /investment license (original seen)
Copy of Performa invoice
Insurance certificate (original)
TIN (tax identifier number)
Purchase order (in case of CAD)
Approved permit (from the bank itself)
Foreign exchange application form duly completed
Letter of undertaking indicating that shipment documents will be presented to the Bank upon arrival of goods. (in case of advance payment)
Foreign bank guarantee confirmed by local banks (incase of applications > USD 5,000)

Type of Export Services: - Letter of credit, cash against document, advance payment
Requirements:-

Copy of foreign trade license (original seen)
Commercial invoice
Sales Contract
Commercial invoice
Export application filled in four copies
Mt 700 (Copy of MT 700) in case of letter of credit Remittance advice in case of advance payment.
